Galaxy A71 sudden restart [Samsung Logo]

It's been 2 to 3 months since I bought my Galaxy A71. Everything was good and smooth until it started to just suddenly restart [Samsung Logo] by itself. It happened 3 times already since I bought this. Any feedback regarding the issue? This is becoming worrisome.

Hi Jeppp, I have A71 and I haven't experienced that. Have installed an app prior to that restart? you can also try to factory reset your phone.

Even before it is a week new prior to my purchased date it already happened. dont know which app can cause that

I had an issue too before. First issue was that I am not an authorized administrator, it was resolved when I did factory reset. Second issue recently was phones calls. They cannot hear me. What I did there was to reset my app permissions. It was resolved but also I didn't know what was the culprit for that issue.

Where do I look up that unauthorized admin? But i dont think I have done something like that.

bro go directly to samsung center. may be your phone has factory defect.
