I own a Samsung A72 and I experiencing problem in message notification. No sounds/ringing notification when I received sms, viber, whatsapp, messenger. I already check Settings - Notification - Applications and EVEN Message App. I also RESET my Settings. But still I don't hear message notificatoin when I received a message. Thanks for your response I noticed this a few days back only (4 to 5 days). I did interactive check through members app and it works fine. The phone rings for calls and also for other notifications like weather etc, it even rings for apps in secure folder but wont ring for messaging apps, moreover when I try to change the ringtone for message notifications it doesn't play preview also.
