GALAXY A73 5G GREEN LINE ISSUE AFTER RECENT UPDATE

I'm currently experiencing a frustrating issue with may Galaxy A73 5G. A month after the update last Sept 4, 2024, a green line suddenly appeared on the left side of my screen. Also tried to restart several times but the green line doesn't dissappear. 

As I search posts regarding this issue, I am not the only one who is currently experiencing this. 
Below is the other person experiencing the same issue.

There has also been no damage to the phone until now. I would also like the company to resolve this issue at the erliest.

Hello! I've also just experienced this with my A73 5G today. The Samsung store I went to also referred me to the Samsung service centers. 

Don't you have anything better to offer besides that, since I only bought this last year?

Since the green line is a common issue, don't you have some kind of warranty coverage for it, instead of just having us spend more money to have it repaired? Don't you have some customer retention strategy?

Same! A green line appeared with my A73 last week after I installed the update. I went to the service center earlier. They did not even let the technician check my phone, but they directly said that I needed to buy a new LCD costing Php 6,000. I bought my phone last 2022. I am so disappointed that their only remedy would cost us a lot, even if they are at fault. Can we file a complaint to DTI for this?
