Galaxy AHi! For this issue, we recommend that you visit a nearby service center to have your device diagnosed and repaired. ⚙
You can find the nearest service center to you here: http://smsng.co/SCLocator-SM 📍
📱 We also made it easy for you to book your appointment! You may do so directly from the Support tab on your Samsung Members app.
🛵 If you're from Metro Manila and cannot find the time to personally visit a service center, you can have it picked up*!
To book your pickup, you may call the following numbers:
#GALAXY (#425299) - Toll-free, all networks
(02) 8 422-2111 - Standard Landline
*Galaxy pickup is free ONLY for flagship devices. Service fee applies to other models and varies per service center.

Galaxy AHello! I've also just experienced this with my A73 5G today. The Samsung store I went to also referred me to the Samsung service centers.
Don't you have anything better to offer besides that, since I only bought this last year?
Since the green line is a common issue, don't you have some kind of warranty coverage for it, instead of just having us spend more money to have it repaired? Don't you have some customer retention strategy?
