Hi brainDEAD, Are you referring to the default sounds?

Could you please share the screenshot of the list of sounds that appear when you click on sounds under notifications?

Thanx Georgine the 1 on the right is what I'm trying to get sound for. But instead of the list of sample sounds the file manager pops up (any sound)Screenshot_20210912-143916_File Manager.jpgScreenshot_20210912-144222_Settings.jpg

Hi, Please try clear defaults and then check if you get the default sounds list.

There's a clue Samsung Cloud can't back up the default ringtones. No explanation. Screenshot_20210914-154830_One UI Home.jpg

Hi, I request you to backup and reset and check if you get default sounds. Here are the steps to backup your data:

Backup from Samsung account--Apps > Settings > Cloud > Backup > Select the data > Back up now.

Backup from Google account--Apps > Settings > Backup and reset.

Here are the steps for factory reset, settings>>General management>>Reset>>Factory data reset>>Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Reset>> Delete All.
