You should synchronize one drive from your desktop or laptop, choose your device.

IDK. but I have many times signing to MS account, and it "uno reversed" me so it's an error

Hey poopsie! 

Force a sync from your PC OneDrive instead and see if that works. 

You can also check in the OneDrive app if you enabled syncing through mobile data.

Hello there! poopsie,

In addition to our dear members/moderator replies, ensure the following:

1) Check and update the Samsung Gallery apps with the latest version. 

2) Check the status of your router Wi-Fi and /or Mobile network signal and connectivity. If the signal are strong enough you may try again.

3) Check the OneDrive's 5 GB free storage space are sufficient. While you may increase it to 100 GB, 1 TB, and 6 TB storage options available either separately or with Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

4) Ensure your Microsoft Account logon password on your mobile is also updated once you changed the MS account password details from other device(s).
