Yeah it is not available here, but APK is available for download at sammobile.com/apk. Once it is installed, you need to download the modules as well(battery guardian, memory guardian, etc.) on the said site. If not you'll be greeted with content not available in your country. That's the workaround if you want to get Galaxy Labs working on your phone.
