For some crazy reasons, Samsung restrict that here in the Philippines.

Good Lock isn't available in the Philippines, but you can install Fine Lock instead.

Thank you for your inquiry here in order to find out why the Good Lock app would not install on your well-loved Samsung Galaxy A12. With that, we feel your disappointment, expecting it to be easy to work fine on your device, but to no avail.

 

We appreciate you reaching out regarding your interest in the specific application. Samsung’s Good Lock is an app that not only lets you customize the on-screen look of your Galaxy smartphone but also alters the way you use your lock screen and notifications. Meanwhile, downloading apps is not encouraged as this will arise compatibility issues and may cause harm to your Samsung Galaxy device. 

As of the moment, Good Lock is only available in the US, South Korea, and selected European countries. Should the application be available here in the Philippines, it will be available for download via the Galaxy Store.

Please stay tuned for more official announcements about the latest rollout of latest software updates including the Good Lock app in the Philippines through the Samsung members apps notification bell icon and/or through device settings.
