We are sorry to hear what you are feeling right now. I feel and understand why your feeling that way, for a device that you've take care so much, expecting it to be included in the latest software updates, Android 13. If my device is facing similar issues, I will be frustrated too.
As you may be aware, Samsung places the utmost importance on providing you with the latest mobile experiences possible, as long as hardware specifications for upgrades are met and the experience can be optimized. Galaxy devices not eligible to receive four generations of One UI upgrades are still supported with up to three generations of One UI upgrades, an improvement over the two generations previously offered.
