Help with unlocking my sim

Read the attached photo first... When I looked up this phone's carrier, it says Open Canada

The phone has to be unlocked by the carrier that your realitive was using.

i dont know who the carrier is since the phone was given without the sim 😕

That's what I thought too but she is currently staying here in the Ph until mid-June

Well if your relative is there in the Philippines - Ask her who she was paying the Cell bill to... Sounding more & more complicated than necessary...... And if you don't have a "credit card or something" then how were you planning on paying the bills??
