how can i update to android 11 my phone is galaxy A7

A7 2018? android 10 is it's last android version ..
If you want an upgrade, then you may buy a new one that could be updated up to android 14.

You don't need to buy a new one just yet. If you are determined enough and you know where to look then you may be able to install newer os or even latest stock android.

Look it up on google and xda forums.
