I think it will be fine, just check your device diagnostics if something is wrong with your battery

No. Samsung phone and it's original charger stops the charge once full. I overcharged my tablet for the past 5 years and it's fine

Be at ease. You may use the battery protect feature on your beloved Samsung Galaxy A33 in the following order.
Step 1. Go to the Settings.
Step 2. Select "Battery and device care" option.
Step 3. Tap on "Battery" and then select "More battery settings".
Step 4. Look for the "Protect battery" option and turn it ON.
