I have a A71. Quite a few times a day window pops up and say failed to send.

But obviously it sounds like you have tried to send a Text or Post something to a Chat / Forum / Community etc.

Trying to send an MMS without Cell Data enabled could cause this for example.

Either in Settings > Connections or should be available as a QS Tiles Header.

In this screen shot, it's the two arrows, but it may look different on your device.
