hi guys, so my phone galaxy ao6 has been acting up like an hour ago until now. for some reason, for no reason at all, my phone is freezing. like it was fine a few hours ago, this only happened like an hour ago. it keeps on freezing then going back to normal then freeze again. i restarted it but it still does it. i dont have any apps or whatsoever and i am scared. i do not have any third party apps. should i just updaye my software? my phone is in one ui7 and it has been showing me the next updates for quite some time now. PLS HELP AND RESPOND PLS ANYONE.
yes, the first thing to do is update every app from galaxy store and play store, including check if there's new software update for your A06
let's say if your phone still acting up after update everything, then you have no other choice but to factory reset your phone completely, don't forget backup all data first
hey guys update! it's okay now, like the comment suggested i should just update my apos and it's okay now. i let it rest for about the whole night and used it again and so far nothing's wrong. thank you! maybe it was just a glitch of some sort.
