Usually phone bramd that get the Andoid update are just Vanilla versions.

Samsung on the other hand has the One UI to optimize with. They have to configure and add on the features they offer with their Galaxy.

And to be honest the wait is worth it as the add optimization assures better response and new features that are sometime exclusive to Samsung.

Remember some features now available in Android were once from exclusive to One UI. 😊

I think what he means is the device list on one ui 3 update which still includes the galaxy A11 awaiting one ui 3 update which in fact tapos na sya nung juje or july pa but samsung keep posting this on notices.
