It's my first time ordering from this website and it was COD. It's my fault that I did not do research about ordering products from a website and I have read from the Quora community that ordering from a Samsung website gave them a bad experience (e.g. service and bad quality products) but those complaints were from Samsung India. I'd like to ask the PH community about their experience in ordering from this website. Is the site reliable? Are the rumors true about selling off a bad quality product?
If it's the legit Samsung Ph Online Store then you don't have to worry. You also ordered with COD so you've got nothing to lose. Ordered there twice paying online, only waited for a week then I've got my orders. Same as their physical stores they also have warranty and replacement.
