Hello, From Philippines, this phone is from my parents abroad and he brought it for me , from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. So the CSC is KSA

Did you try another SIM card? I think you should only try SIM cards from Saudi Arabia.

Yes, i tried 3 old and 2 new sim card but it's not working

You should only try SIM cards from Saudi Arabia. If you want to try another SIM card from another region, bring it to a Samsung Service Center to make it openline.

Naka sim lock sa saudi yung unit mo bro kaya hindi gumagana yung local sim mo pag ganun. Need mo muna ipa sim unlock yung unit(open line) kung tawagin.
