Galaxy Ahi i am trying to transfer contacts from iphone to samsung on the iphone samsung smartswitch i press continue it says you need to allow the following in settings & gives a list there was no deny or allow i press settings it gives another list to be toggled allow smart switch access is greyed out am doing something wrong

Galaxy AHi @mosko,
It seems as though Smart Switch is requesting permissions that may have been denied by you before. Usually, all you need to do is allow the permission again. This can be done through:
Settings > Apps > Smart Switch > Permissions > Check "Not allowed" and allow any denied permission
If that doesn't work, we would recomment that you clear Smart Switch app data through:
Settings > Apps > Smart Switch > Storage > Clear data
You can also ensure that your Smart Switch app is up to date:
Settings > Accounts and backup > Transfer data for device setup > ⋮ (More options) > Settings > About Smart Switch > Update (if available)
If all those steps above don't work, please send us an Error Report via the Samsung Members app and our technical team will be able to look into this further for you.
