Is it normal that my benefits page in Samsung Members is empty? I have tried updating the app, clearing data and logging out and relogging back in, and it's still empty. I have also reported this as an error in the app.

Same kayo sa nephew ko. Ganyan din mga ginawa ko na minention mo. Binili ko ang phone nya last March.

I already did and still nothing. I've also reported and given feedback about other things, but I got zero replies. I just hope Samsung Devs read them.

Maybe it has something to do with "clearing data" you could have "cleared cache" first. Or deleted samsung members and reinstall the app. Restart the phone and check again.
