issue with answering call

when i pick up a call my a50 won't answer or decline it but stays stuck at the call screen, whats the solution???

Hey @ Liv3748,

You can try rebooting/ restarting your phone or check if you need to update your software to resolve your issue. Increasing Touch sensitivity might also help.

Settings >> Display >> Touch Sensitivity ->Toggle on

are you swiping to answer? Tapping doesn't do anything.

it will switch to screen where i get option like bluetooth, speaker etc but tha call won't be answered

yeah ok that's not right.... you sure you don't have a bluetooth device connected? perhaps the audio is going through a BT device
