Issues with touch respones

I am having issues with my Galaxy A20 not responding to some touch actions. Does anyone know how I can increase the touch screens responsivness

Hi @Quaint, thanks for reaching out. Based on what you've describe, I suggest doing an interactive check and sending an error report via the Samsung Members app so that our team can investigate this remotely. 

To do this: 

Samsung Members > Get Help > Error Reports > Issue category > Describe issue > Tick 'send log data' > Send
