July 2023 update

After my update All my game is too laggy, it keeps freezing every 10 secs. (Freeze duration is 1 sec) how can I uninstall the update. It ruined my games. I already restart and close/open developer options.. there is wrong in this update!!!

Not only games, some apps like Facebook, messenger, etc. Same issue.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the recent updates on your beloved Samsung Galaxy device having multiple issues ranging from game lagging and freezing every 10 seconds ruining your overall gaming experience. I feel and understand why you are worried for a device that you've take care so much, expecting it to perform better after an updates. If my device is facing similar experience, I will be bothered too.

 

Before you try out the below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software are updated with the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order. 

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Perform Clear Cache Partition.

 
Step 1. Turn off your phone.
 
Step 2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or Type-C earphones (in case its USB-C to USB-C).
 
Step 3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
 
Step 4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
 
Step 5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
 
Step 6. Navigate to and select Yes.
 
Step 7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.
 

In order to find out the root cause of the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Launch the Samsung Members app, and then tap the Support icon for more options.

Step 2. Scroll and select Error reports.

Step 3. Choose a category of your concern. Select "Settings/System".

Step 4.Choose the frequency of the issue you are experiencing. Enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot. Then press Send icons to complete the report.

And similar to our dear Samsung member star butete's reply, you cannot uninstall and revert back to older version due to security policy in place on your device.

It works but the problem is that my phone now is easily get heat.. 30mins of playing games once or twice get freeze..  I'm disappointed AFTER installing the latest update. My phone works well with the older update.. I so worried that my phone can't keep up the latest update and the next update..

While the update cannot be uninstalled, try to boot into Recovery Mode and:
- Wipe cache partition
- Repair apps (this does not delete app data, but you can backup the app data / save game beforehand to be sure)

I play call of duty and it isnt playable due to lag. Also, i have my developer's option setting set to shut all the background activities and never had any issue until the update. Now, my one ui amd samsung keyboard app running all day and cant close them.
