Galaxy AA few things you can try:
When browsing, tap outside of any text or search fields before scrolling or switching pages, otherwise the keyboard will stay active.
Check Settings → General management → Keyboard list and default and make sure no keyboard options like auto-focus or floating keyboard are enabled.
If this started after an update, clearing the keyboard app cache
(Samsung Keyboard or Gboard) can help.
In most cases this is caused by how certain websites handle form fields rather than a device bug.

Galaxy AHi TheGeneral742,
we'd like to suggest a few troubleshooting steps that may help:
Tap Outside of Text Fields: When navigating websites, ensure you tap outside of any text or search fields before scrolling or switching pages. Otherwise, the keyboard may remain active.
Clear Keyboard Cache/Data: If the issue began after a recent update, clearing the cache and data for the Samsung Keyboard (or Gboard, if you use it) can refresh the app. You can do this by going to Settings > Apps > [Keyboard App] > Storage > Clear Cache/Clear Data.
Reset browser settings: If the issue happens mostly in one browser, try clearing its cache/data. (Open your browsers settings, clear browsing data (cache/cookies), and reset to default settings).
