Again...why my phone so slow? When i open youtube video,it doesnt play the video smoothly and many app not responding after i update my phone on march. samsung pls fix this. Am i just waste my rm 550 for this phone? I know its cheap but at least pls give a better os. IDC about camera....waiting for one ui 4

U can visit retail store, samsung authorised experience store, tell them you want to upgrade firmware. It's foc services.

Urs is different, go to store ir service center more safe, incase ur connection is poor or what, download not complete will crush the phone. They can juz pump the official firmware to your phone.
