Laggy after update ui 3.1

My samsung A71 now is very laggy specially if im playing games after update ui 3.1 ,can anyone help me?

follow my tips
- Download Nice Lock and Fine Lock on Google Play Store
- Open Fine Lock app
- Search "Memory Guardian" and "Thermal Guardian"
- Click and Download
- after that,open Thermal Guardian in Fine Lock app
- Swipe the Thermal Thresold to the far right
