Hello! I am currently using a Samsung A32 model and is having problems specifically when scrolling through facebook, instagram, reddit, and even playing games. It tends to need to buffer/load and I can't even play games due to the amount of lag spikes. I already restarted multiple times, cleared cache, uninstalled apps and even did factory reset but it's still the same. Is there any other suggestions to fix this and is this covered by warranty? Thank you so much.

I was hoping for 5g variant for android 12 update, since you performed factory reset, yes better bring it to the nearest samsung service center.

Try checking if you have alot of background hungry apps, like facebook, lazada/shopee, in general the app that sends you notification for all the time, try putting this apps on sleep if it doesnt work yeah just like others said bring your phone to the customer service

I'll try this but i doubt it considering I have no more running apps in the back so my RAM should be good right? Yeah last resort would be to go there

Uhm try running the goodlab/ goodluck apps to optimize your phone i use this apps when i expireince sudden lag, apps like apps booster and memory guardia this are both maid by samsung soo you shoul consider them, use fine lock if goodlock doesnt work, and also maybe you downloaded any malicuous files? Maybe you have a malware like trojan, spyware, adwarw or malware of some sort in your phone you should consider this if your phone suddenly started slowing down try using an anti malware, not an anti virus (there's no virus on Android, atleast not yet) wish this helps

Take note that some malware can get in on the root its rare but once they get on the root even you factory reset a device they will still be there, unless you reformat the device in that case you really need to go on the customer service, you can do it your self but its hard because it involves flashing the os again
