Little Bit Of Cons

I LOVE having the Samsung A20 but there is some cons that i hope you will fix. 

1. Whenever i'm on a call whether its messenger, snapchat, or a regular call, it does a black out unyill i put it to the ceiling for light.

2. It has very little space. When I looked in my files it only came with 32 mb

3. I cant send or see pictures and videos through messages so i have to make my friends get a certain app.

the A20 is mean to be a price-qualty phone, so thats why you have only 32 GB
