MAJOR ISSUES W/ SYNC / most browsers mail clients /browsers

Hi

Always used pop3 thunderbird set to save on server but had laptop issues and guess I accidentally put mail in trash and didn't know gmail chrome could not b reversed and if u R putting them back they'd b deleted

HUGE MESS also didnt realize the phone Trumps the windows 10 2-in-1 dell laptop finally I use ROGERS.

Where do I start?

Do I pause all synching from this android 10

Hi, Please configure the email account in the apps like Email, outlook on the phone and check for those emails.

Would out look be autosynced? Could google b paused please reply

Hi, If you have configured the email account in the Email app then you can enable/disable the Sync account.

Was able to pause google but don't c option for others
Not under app.
Where else? And my ringtones samplers shoots me 2 file manager much due to my clumsiness and inability to confirm move / deletion.

There are many problems due to many causes. My un -- coordination touch disability etc so .making errors are irreversible. I Can't unsynchronize emails so I may've lost all messages saved on servers for years...
