May I ask, why in Samsung A53 5G the merge call is not working. Please help how to resolve it. Thanks.

if prepaid make sure you are in uli call promo to ensure you can merge calls

if I use a regular load or I have a promo for a 100 mins call. The merge call will not work?

Do you have Unli Call promo? What's your service provider?

Not unli call po. Only free for 100 mins call. I am using a smart sim po.
