Need an update about October security patch and how long this device can get security patches since I am using this phone for more than 2 years with no issues whatsoever. When is the time to upgrade

As for your concern, the arrival of device updates may depend on whether some additional fixes need to be included, and/or factors such as but not limited to region, mobile build number, network provider (for postpaid devices), data connection (wifi/mobile data), etc...
