I've been having a problem with my Messenger notification not working on my device. Chat head is turned on and also floating notification. Can someone help me fix this?
Not sure if you tried this but check if your phone's Power Saving Mode is turned on or your device is on Do Not Disturb. Either of the two may hinder the notifications.
