I can not receive mms messages but I can receive regular text messages i have never had this problem with my j7 v only this one when I had to use a at&t sim card and my j7 v had a Verizon sim card if that makes a difference, how can I fix this problem.

You should speak with your network provider to activate the MMS feature.
