Muffled Microphone Input when on Loudspeaker

Hi!!

I am using the Samsung Galaxy A72.

I have no idea why this is happening, but all of my contacts are telling me that my microphone sounds muffled and hard to understand when on loudspeaker.

Does anybody else have any issues with their Galaxy Aseries microphones?

Hello there! Have you tried doing diagnostics in Samsung members application? You may try it first by doing interactive checks. 

Samsung Members > Get help > Interactive checks > Mic

I use A10s and I have the same issue. Went to Get Help and I don't think it was helpful
