My phone keeps on disconnecting from the wifi

I just got my samsung a12 yesterday, and I'm already having this kind of problem. It would disconnect at random times and sometimes it would even say connected but no internet. But all the other  devices connected don't have the same problem.

I've read somewhere in the internet that it might have something to do with recent updates.

Please share a suggestion or tips on how I can fix this problem. I didn't wanna return the phone I have already set it up.

is your isp pldt? converge?
are you on 2.4 or 5 ghz wifi?

I am not really sure but, we have an 10 mbps wifi as of the moment, and three devices are connected to it.

While it could be the most recent updates, there's also a possibility that it's due to your router's connection. I used to have that problem before, but after adding several mesh units, that seem to have addressed the issue. How many devices are connected to your router?

I am sorry for the very late reply, but so far I think I have 3 devices connected to the wifi.

Usually the problem lies in your modem/router connection. I suggest try troubleshooting that first.
