Please help me why my a03s phone's battery has no information when I use third party app devcheck, no information on how much my battery is draining. Anyone has same problem too on their Galaxy a03s?

Perhaps the phone not supported by the app? Or ot doesn't output the values required by the app to output.

I don't know. If you're using ao3s or anny Samsung it would tell. My sister has a03 and runs the app on phone and it's working fine, has all battery information on how much power it's draining. Mine has none. It has a value but not moving. Another app also doesn't show information. That's weird

But I used other app and same results... Is it a bug?
