my problems on Samsung notes

Hi guys. Just updated Samsung notes on my A21s but there's nothing new look at all, just like the old one where I can't add pdf & the notes still have the old arranging system. But on my J7 prime I can add pdf, more simplified & it's just more fancy there. It sucks because I like the new notes one but it's on 'J' anymore where I can't use it anymore. Please help me.

Hi, is there a tiny +pdf icon on the top right part of your Samsung Notes page? I tried it out just now (never did before on my own phone) and there was no problem adding PDF files onto Samsung Notes on mine.

So strange. Is it possible to delete the app and reinstall it?

So I checked in the Galaxy Store app a few secs ago. I think you can do this:
1. Uninstall the Samsung Notes app first
2. Go to Galaxy Store, search for Samsung notes
3. Install Samsung Notes app

Maybe that will help 😀 Good luck!

ya my friend that have same model like me don't have any problems. that's why I still wondering why my phone got this problem
