My wifi and bluetooth button won't open. What should I do?

I tried clearing cached data but nothing happened. I even tried to reset my whole phone but nothing still happened, I still cannot open my bluetooth and my wifi

Just to confirm, did you so Factory Reset?
If you did, and still the same issue.
There's a possibility that this is a hardware issue.

You can try running a diagnostic here in Samsung Members App,
Go to Discover > Diagnostics > Select Bluetooth.

How about on the bottom of the screen do you have "Get Help"?

Yes, I found it.. it says that my bluetooth may temporarly not work and needs to restart my phone and try again.. I did that but it still says the same 😣

If haven't done doing Factory Reset, I recommend doing that.
If you did already, you're phone needs a service.

Or Clear Data the Bluetooth App.
Go to Settings > Apps > More Options Icon (either 3 dots or 3 lines) > Show System Apps > Look for Bluetooth
Then clear the data.
