I have been having a persistent problem with me A55 5G not being able to make calls and missing calls. I have done all the recommended troubleshooting options and I still have the issue. I have:
1. Reset network settings
2. Toggled airplane mode
3. Restarted device
4. Checked mobile network settings - ensuring I have the right carrier and that I have selected the correct network.
My A71 is working perfectly in the various locations using the same SIM. An online search and YouTube video search suggests that this is a widespread issue.
Hi, i got the same problem, I took the phone to warranty, so i can find out what's the problem. But they return my phone until the next week. Maybe you can took your A55 to warranty
