No internet 😭

First, charging went really problematic. After 2 months, i get netwrok error even thought im connected. This a50s phone is the only device with such problem in our house.

I have tried:
1. Resetting network
2. Resetting phone to factory settings

Still the same. It is frustrating. My work is online. :(
Suggestions, anyone? 🙏
