My A72 already restored to factory settings but still no signal both sim or network. Smart and Globe. Adroid 12 😤 😡

My Galaxy A7 is not 5G. Only 4G.

Yes., maybe the problem is. Adroid 12 update is good for 5G only. Got in trouble for this. I regret on buying this Phone brand Samsung. More bugs on OS but this the worst happen. Lost on signal.

Hello jesey,

5G Internet full coverage is not yet implemented throughout the Philippines. Some areas may experience down and lagging internet service issues dependent on mobility, signal coverage area, intermittent due to surrounding trees, tall buildings, concrete walls, depressed, remote areas, etc. 

You may try the suggestion of butete here.
