I just purchased my phone on online yesterday. The phone system is smooth. No delay when you type or scroll. Everything seems fine until I saw some noticeable discoloration when I am opening some apps or when the screen is totally black. Is this normal? See the circled part.

Hello, Happytots. May I confirm if what phone you're mentioning? Is this a display issue we're talking about? Can I ask also if you can take a photo of the phone & display itself & not via a screenshot?
Unfortunately, the discoloration you're saying won't shown on a screenshot. Will wait for your response. Have a great day.

Good day! Just the A15 5g. It was noticeable in a darker room. Little to no light. I am not sure if it will show clearly if you are taking through the phone. I tried to factory reset the phone, but there are still some remaining but not as obvious like before.

Try to look at this screenshot in a dark room. You will see the difference in the color from both sides. The right side has darker display/shades than the left side.

Hello, thank you for your response. As much as I want to help with your concern, i didn't saw any photos of your A15 5G device itself and the issue you're mentioning on your reply but you gave a screenshot again. In my end, there's no issue I see.
If you want to provide a photo of the display of this phone (not screenshot), you can reply back again, then click the plus icon and choose the photo and click post. See screenshot here.
Now, the last resort that I can suggest is to bring it to the nearest Samsung service center if you want an expert opinion to check your phone you purchased. They can help you with it.
