Does anyone here exeperience the ( USB Connected / Disconnected ) problem that wont keep the screen time off?

As for your concern, have you updated your software version recently? If not, then we suggest that you always keep your device software up-to-date. After doing so, don't forget to always CLEAR CACHE PARTITION your device via the SAFE MODE to refresh the system.
