I'm using a Samsung A50, I'm having issues with my snapchat app, it doesn't show notifications. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can BMI this problem. One more thing I've made sure notifications for the app is on so the problem is probably from the app its self I'm not sure but that's just how I feel.
Please perform the clear cache of the Snapchat app and check if it works.
Go to Settings>>Apps>>Select the Snapchat app>>Storage>>Clear cache.
Make sure that you have turned on the notifications for the app from the device Settings menu.
If you are able to get other apps notifications, it is a problem with the Snapchat app only. I suggest you to contact the Snapchat support to get it fixed.
