A software update should increase device performance but this samsung A50
October software update is full of bugs.
Here are the problems that im facing after October last update I'll point it out
1.It takes more time to recharge it took almost 3 hours to full charge. Before this update charging time was 2 hour's. 

2.Flash light is not working.its only work when its connected to charger.

3.Phone is not working with computers when i connect it though usb it shows nothing.

4.battary is draining too fast 

5.Overall a good divice truned into a disaster. 

If any of you are facing those problems please let me know

Samsung needs to fix this problem very fast

Try clearing the cache partition. (It probably won't help though, but give it a try.)

Make sure it's CACHE PARTITION. Anything else will send your phone to hell. 😂

It doesn't work, don't bother trying (a factory reset won't work either), this whole charging algorithm / USB management module and its cache are located in another system partition (which allows them to function even when the phone is turned off), the only solution is to wait for Samsung to fix the bug (or rollback to any ROM prior to June 1st using ODIN). This bug has been present since June or July and something triggered it on October's patch.

I'm facing the same issues with the flashlight. Strangely, the camera's flash has issues too; it causes photos taken (when flash is on) to be washed out.

Then it's probably a bug. Try sending report to Samsung through this app...

same issue, made a post about it a week ago, tried a hard reset, still the same issue, I'm waiting for a fix 😕
