What phone are you referring to?

As i know One UI 4.0 is released like in the year of 2021 (correct me if i am wrong). Now most of the users are likely using 4.1 already.

Which model? Many Samsung A series supported with android 12 and One UI 4.0.

I guess you are using an older A series which are not supported.
