Only Mono sound can be played through wired earphones.

Is anyone have problem like me? When I want to heard sound from wired earphones it only send mono sound only but on wireless buds it play stereo sound. I still want to use old way since it's still a better choice with no sound delay. I'm mostly use wired and it's just working before.

what wired earphone brand you are using? because first of all, it is good to use only one brand for all of your electronic devices. e.g try to use samsung akg wired earphone.

secondly, have your checked if your wired earphone is designed for mono or stereo type of sound? you can detect it by looking at the silver tip (tempat cucuk tu), if it has two conductors (two circular rings around it), then it's definitely designed for mono sound only.

third, check if you have turned off the mono sound in the settings

go to settings > accessibility > hearing enhancement > turn off mono audio

I'm using other phone earphones that come from box because you know, Samsung don't provide it anymore but it's not a brand issue because it's just happening since yesterday. It's always play stereo sound before. Mine support stereo and it have 3 circular ring. I don't think company these days still want to make mono earphones. And I don't think it's because mono audio settings. It's always disabled on my phone. If the option enabled, it also applied to wireless earphones. Re-enable and disable that option doesn't change anything to wired earphones.

have you checked if your device or the wired earphone you are using is the culprit? you may test it with another earphone, possibly your friend's wired earphone.

if the song comes out in stereo type, then your wired earphone is the issue. if not, then get your device checked at the nearest samsung authorised centre.

also, pay attention if there are some impurities or foreign stuffs inside the earphone jack. if there is, send it to samsung authorised centre as well to get it cleaned if you don't know how to clean it by yourself.

It's phone problem. I've already tested my wired earphones on other devices and it play stereo sound.
