You may need to download the app from Google Play Store.

Yes, I would tend to agree with Tallman. If you need an app, you should download it from the Google Play Store. Elsewhere, it is dangerous. Why? Because there is a risk of installing virus and malware!!! Yikes. So be careful and safe, download from the Google PLay Store.

Try this

I just went through the same issue. I changed to a fold 4 and my Phonak hearing aids would not connect for streaming or calls.

I finally figured it out.

1. Remove you hearings aids from your app
2. Remove the hearing aids from your bluetooth.
3. Open bluetooth settings
4. Put your hearing aids into pairing.
5. You should see your hearing aids with a head phone icon.
6. Pair those first. Make sure the setting is for calls and audio.
7. Go back into the phonak app
8. Put your hearing aids back into pairing mode.
9. Select the hearing aids that are found
10. If you have 2 hearing aids you should see three hearing aids connected.

One for calls and audio and then one for each ear. The ones for each ear will still require the app but, the one with the head phone icon will work with calls and audio.

Took a long time to figure this out and it has to be done in the steps outlined to work.
