Have an issue with Outlook. The App Icon wont show when an email is received. It appears for other apps (messages etc) but not Outlook. I have notifications turned on everywhere on the phone but must be missing something obvious. Help!!!!!!!

Hi @MB1961, have you enabled 'Sync' settings on your device to see if this resolves the issue?
Swipe down from Top > Quick Panel settings > Enable 'Sync'
