Try going to Device Care, then performance profile and change that setting to light. Set you battery settings to adaptive. And change battery use in background on all apps to don't run in background. Set battery protection to adaptive. Andnthen give your phone time to adapt to your usage and see how it goes. The new update is great for adapting and it doesn't take long.

1. Check for app updates in the Galaxy Store and Play Store – some apps may not yet be optimised for the new version (especially apps from Meta)
2. Wipe One UI Home cache
* Settings > Apps > One UI Home > Storage > Clear cache
3. Wipe cache partition:
* Turn off your phone
* Hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo shows
* Use volume buttons to select Wipe cache partition and confirm with Power
* Restart
Generally, if overheating is caused by a Samsung software update, it won’t void your warranty. Still, it’s important to report it (Samsung Members > Support > Quick help) so they can investigate for future patches. Software-induced overheating is their responsibility to fix, so documenting it now protects your warranty rights
