Lower graphical settings. Lower Fps settings. For lag, well its two things, available RAM (but since you said no other apps are open, should be fine on that end) and wifi/data connection.

naka low na po lahat suguro kahit 4g+ ang signal ko mahina ang sagap ng data dto,

Yeah, khit 4g+, pero mababa signal, la ka magagawa. Importante malakas signal, pero importante din tuloy tuloy yung signal.

Check also some apps that's automatically running in the background, it doesn't only consume much RAM but also battery feeder and processor consumer. That causes lagging and overheating.
